It's So Hard To Say Good-Bye

This blog is dedicated to Kyra Lei who traveled over the Rainbow Bridge to sit in the sunlight with her siblings. Those of you that know me, know that Kyra was as close to me as my left arm is...and I got more use out of her.
She was a friend and a daughter.
My shadow...my Bug.

Little Kyra after bringing her home from the rescue center June, 2001

She instantly took to her new home

And her new sisters...well...kinda

Her and Juliet did become very close

Maybe too close...lol

Hence why her nickname is "Bug-A'Boo"

Yep..My Minnesota Girl

Such a beautiful kitty

Kyra and Daddy

And she just LOVED me

She was always a good sport too

She ALWAYS wore her heart on her shoulder

Look at those freckle toes

Those beautiful eyes

Looks like she was sniffing black paint

She always smiled at me

Stretching out on the sofa

Kyra taking care of daddy

Always by my side when ill or dealing with issues

No matter how much I coughed or sneezed

And I did the same for her

We were always each other's rock

She would go into depression when I was away

And wouldn't leave me after I returned

So she started traveling with me

She loved traveling, as long as she had her daddy

Christmas play toys

All glammed out

My football buddy

And she always slept with me

Well...except mid afternoon

But this will do

Or even this

But next to or on me was best

Time has a way of sneaking up on us

After 18 years of enriching my life,
on May 27th, Kyra passed in my arms

I LOVE and MISS you SO MUCH

Until we met again at the rainbow's end
